Extrusion Department: Here, we blend polyurethane and rubber particles to perfection. These materials are then processed through a co-extrusion machine, applying heat to extrude a durable and flexible hose. 3. Vulcanization Department: In this phase, the belt and rubber hose are expertly connected. Through a high-temperature process, the hose becomes impeccably fused with the belt blank, ensuring a perfect bond that stands the test of time.
