In the extrusion department, polyurethane and rubber particles are seamlessly processed through high-tech co-extrusion machines, resulting in excellently heated extruded hoses. The vulcanization department ensures a perfect bond by meticulously joining the belt and rubber hose under high temperature, producing a flawless connection between hose and belt blank.
